The eighth lites.asia meeting was held in Manila, Philippines on 2-3 October 2013, along with a special workshop on Friday 4 October 2013 to brief Philippine stakeholders on what lites.asia is doing and its relevance to the Philippine program; the status of energy standards and labelling in Asia and other countries; and lamp waste management programs and EPR in other countries and emerging lighting technologies.
